The bed was big. The excellent staff accommodated my easy check in.

Our apartment was lovely so close to the nearest tube station and supermarket, bus stops and bus stations and tube. Had early check in, we thoroughly enjoyed it. It was in a particularly good place.

Wi-Fi was very poor, very cold room.

Everything was perfectly fine, me and my husband enjoyed the stay.

It's modern apartment right by the tube station and the Westfield and mouse in bathroom, appreciated it.

The bathroom here was very small.

Location was magnificent and reasonable, 5 minutes' drive from Bayswater. It was just off mouse in bathroom and kitchen cuboard, Notting Hill and the Underground.

Tbh, the room was far too hot.

The location of the house and the garden room is very good. It's a shame that the garden is so overgrown that you don't like to look at it.

Contrary to the promise by email, the bathroom handle was not repaired. We then screwed them back as tightly as possible without tools. It is a little scary to stay in a house where there is no contact person.

The bathroom is tiny, unsuitable for people taller than 1.80, fatter than average or pregnant ;) you wind yourself out of the shower and out of the bath. Tiny sink, but a big sink. Broken toilet seat. The room lamp hangs very low, attention head!

The location was very good. There are 24h buses going there, that was very practical. The bed was very comfortable and dishes or similar were all available.

There was a hair dryer, but none of the sockets fitted. So we could not use them. The alarm system went off every morning and was mega loud! Toaster's not working. While roasting, the fire alarm went off and since the ceilings are so high, it was really a struggle to get to the button on top.

The bunk bed was very wobbly and not really suitable for two people.
